RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All Discounted merchandise are considered Final Sale merchandise and cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect or shipping error.
We want you to love your Yves Delorme items as much as we do! If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may contact us within 10 days of receipt of purchase for an exchange, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. All items must be in original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been washed.
We make every effort to provide accurate photographs and detailed descriptions of our products on the outlet website. However, if you have questions about an item, or if you would like to request a fabric swatch, simply contact customer service at 1-800-322-3911, ext 360 or email@example.com.
Items purchased through outlet.yvesdelorme.com may not be returned or exchanged at Yves Delorme retail (or outlet) stores.
We begin to process your order as soon as it is placed online. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order before it ships, please contact customer service as soon as possible at 1-800-322-3911, Extension 360 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware that once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
-If you have received merchandise that is damaged, or that has been shipped in error, and you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service representative at 1-800-322-3911, Extension 360 or email@example.com
-We will then provide you with a return authorization number and the return address information. In instances of incorrect or damaged items, we will provide you with a return label.
-Please include your Delivery Note or a copy of your Order Confirmation for proof of purchase.
-We will notify you via e-mail as soon as we receive your items in order to process your exchange or refund. You can expect the transaction to be processed within 48-72 hours of the receipt of your returned merchandise.
