I received a package but it only contains part of my order. Where are the remaining items from my order?

In order for you to receive your items as quickly as possible, we may need to ship your order in multiple shipments. You will receive individual tracking information for each package in your order. I received my decorative pillow but I did not receive an insert. Does my order come with one?

All of our decorative pillows come with a cover and a complimentary down and feather insert. Inserts may ship separately depending on warehouse availability and we can provide tracking separately for inserts upon request.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping and/or gift notes?

We do not offer gift wrapping or notes for online purchases at this time.

 

Do you offer monogramming?

We do not offer monogramming at this time.

Can I use a gift card when purchasing online?

We are not able to redeem gift cards online at this time. Please feel free to use our Store Locator to find your nearest Yves Delorme store. Our stores will gladly help you place an order over the phone with your gift card.

 

Where can I buy a gift card?

Gift Cards are not available for purchase online at this time but are available for purchase in all Yves Delorme stores. You can use our Store Locator to find your closest location!

 

Do I have to pay Customs or Duties if my shipping address is outside of the United States?

Canadian shipments will incur additional charges for Duty, Customs Clearance, and Freight.

 

Can I request a catalog?

Can I buy Yves Delorme fabric by the yard?

I want to buy the old Provence soap, where can I find it?

Yves Delorme is now offering a new line of soaps that is available globally for customers to purchase in our Yves Delorme stores (not currently available online).

Our new soap line is specially made in France and is triple milled, vegetable based and distinguished in new packaging with the same Provence fragrance,

We have sold out of the original Provence soap and it is no longer available to purchase.
