RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All discounted merchandise available through The Outlet is considered to be Final Sale and cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect or shipping error.
We want you to love your Yves Delorme items as much as we do! If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of receipt of purchase for an exchange, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. All items must be in original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been washed. We are not responsible for items that are returned by carriers other than our generated return shipping labels.
Return or exchange packages with provided return label must be dropped off at a FedEx location. Once the package is scanned by FedEx, arrives at our warehouse, and contents and customer information is verified by our Customer Service Team, the refund will be issued.
We can only provide return labels for US addresses. The customer is responsible for arranging return shipments from Canada to our below address:

Items purchased online through the Yves Delorme Outlet, at usa.yvesdelormeoutlet.com, may not be returned or exchanged at Yves Delorme retail or outlet stores.
Order Cancellation
We begin to process your order as soon as it is placed online. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order before it ships, please contact customer service as soon as possible at 1-800-322-3911 or customerservice@yvesdelorme.com. Please be aware that once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Return Instructions
-If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service representative at 1-800-322-3911 or customerservice@yvesdelorme.com
-We will then provide you with a return authorization number and the return address information. In instances of incorrect or damaged items, we will provide you with a return label.
-Please include your Delivery Note or a copy of your Order Confirmation for proof of purchase with your returned merchandise.
-We will notify you via e-mail as soon as we receive your items in order to process your exchange.
