Discounted items offered through The Outlet, including both our Outlet Stores and Outlet Website, are presented at exceptional values and are therefore considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Purchases made in our Outlet Stores are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
For purchases made through the Outlet Website, we are pleased to offer exchanges on eligible items. Unopened merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided it is returned in its original packaging and has not been used or laundered. To initiate an exchange, we kindly ask that you contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that shipping, handling, and other non-merchandise charges are non-refundable. To ensure your return is received safely and processed efficiently, exchanges must be sent using the prepaid return shipping label provided by Yves Delorme. We are unable to assume responsibility for items returned using alternate shipping methods.
Prepaid return labels are available for U.S. addresses only. For returns or exchanges originating from Canada, customers are responsible for arranging shipment, as well as any associated shipping fees, duties, and customs charges. Returns should be sent to:

ORDER CANCELLATION
We begin to process your order as soon as it is placed online. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order before it ships, please contact customer service as soon as possible at 1-800-322-3911 or customerservice@yvesdelorme.com. Please be aware that once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service representative at 1-800-322-3911 or customerservice@yvesdelorme.com
We will then provide you with a return authorization number and the return address information. In instances of incorrect or damaged items, we will provide you with a return label.
Please include your Delivery Note or a copy of your Order Confirmation for proof of purchase with your returned merchandise.
Please drop off return or exchange packages with the provided label at any FedEx location. Once FedEx scans the package and it reaches our warehouse, our Customer Service Team will verify the contents and customer information. To initiate the exchange process, customers must place a new order before receiving a return label for the original items. Once the original items are received and verified, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.
